Do prices include maintenance?
Yes, each pack includes a support and maintenance period: 3 months for Simple, 6 months for Standard, and 12 months for Complete. After this period, optional maintenance from 300 CHF/month.
Can payments be spread out?
Absolutely. We offer customized installments: 40% at start, 40% at delivery, 20% after 30 days of use. Terms negotiable depending on your situation.
How does billing work?
We provide a detailed cost estimate before each project. Billing is based on actual time spent (daily rate) and AI costs consumed. You receive regular progress and cost tracking, with no surprises. If the project scope changes during the project, we immediately inform you of the budget impact.
