CHF 40 per screen, per month — all inclusive
For each screen (SpinetiX player) deployed at your location, you pay a single monthly fee that includes:
- SpinetiX software licence — Elementi, DSignage or the solution best suited to your use
- A custom CMS for your business — not a generic interface, but a dashboard tailored to your way of managing content
- Unlimited users — as many people as you want can manage content, at no extra cost
- Software updates — player and CMS are maintained automatically
- Remote technical support — if there's a problem, we take control and fix it
- Standard integrations — social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram in real time), weather, schedules, Excel and Google Sheets files, YouTube videos
The price is the same whether you have 10 users managing content or 100. No catch.
What's not included (and what to plan for at the start)
Beyond the monthly fee, some one-time elements need to be planned for at project start:
- •SpinetiX player — the small box that powers the screen. The brain of the system, reliable and designed to run 24/7 for years. Several models depending on your needs.
- •Screen — TV, LED display, touchscreen, interactive kiosk. We work with all types of displays. You can provide your own hardware if you already have some.
- •On-site installation in Valais — physical setup, network connection, initial configuration. We come to you.
- •Custom CMS configuration — this is where we adapt the interface to YOUR business. A golf club doesn't have the same needs as a municipality or a hotel.
- •Creation of first templates and content — so you start with something that already works, not a blank screen.
- •Integrations with your existing systems (ERP, CRM, IoT sensors, business databases)
- •Way Finding — dynamic wayfinding signage in your buildings
- •Synchronised video walls across multiple screens
- •Content automatically generated by AI or your real-time data
