What's the response time in case of a failure?

For emergencies (server down, network outage), our response time is 15 minutes maximum. For standard requests, we respond the same day. We're in Valais — not in a call center on the other side of the world.

Is a long-term commitment required?

No. Our managed IT contracts are flexible: monthly, quarterly or annual, with reasonable notice. No traps, no hidden clauses. If we do our job well, you stay. Otherwise, you leave.
